Terms and Conditions
By making an appointment with Purus Health, you agree to the following terms.
Appointments
When making an appointment, please check the time zone. Purus Health is in the U.S. Eastern Time Zone and though our scheduling system automatically adjusts based on your location, scheduling may be during a different time than expected.
Cancellations
Please give 24 hours notice of cancellation of your consultation. This gives other clients who may be on a waiting list the opportunity to make an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged.
Consultations
Consultations take place at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the appointment still must end at the noted time to be respectful of other clients. You will still be charged the full consultation rate.
For video consultations, a meeting link is provided. Please check your email for any information from Purus Health before your consultation, as additional information may be requested.
Contact Between Consultations
Contact between consultations will be discussed during your appointment. You may be asked for updates between consultations if needed.
Supplements and Homeopathic Remedies
After your consultation, you will receive a prescription for your supplements and/or homeopathic remedies. Purus Health will also send you a link to where you may purchase them.
Purus Health and Conventional Medicine
Homeopathy and supplements work well alongside conventional healthcare programs and medications. You will never be asked or told to stop taking medications during your treatment. You may be asked to consider additional health checks to see if your medications are still required.
Accidents and Emergency Care
If you need emergency health care, please contact your doctor, visit an emergency room, or call 911. We do not provide emergency services.
Confidentiality
Your confidential information will not be sold or shared. Your personal information is used to provide suggestions for you to take control of your health.
Consultation Notes
Purus Health will keep consultation notes for seven years. The notes will not be shared with anyone unless the law requires the submission of information for the protection of life.
Contact Information
Purus Health adds email address to its client list so you can be contacted about consultations and updates. You can unsubscribe from this list at any time.
Technology
Video calls, emails, and telephone calls are used to communicate with clients. Purus Health takes every possible precaution to ensure the privacy of your information but cannot be held accountable for the data security of technology companies.
